Gibson Les Paul Standard 98 - HS

This is a lovely Gibson Les Paul Standard built in Nashville USA in 1998, finished in a bright cherry sunburst. The cream binding and dark rosewood fingerboard complement the finish and complete its colour palette perfectly.

The medium C shape neck is very easy to move around. It is not one of the super slim 1960 style necks from the early 90s LP Classics. This one feels very comfortable – not too thin, and not too fat - just right for most players.

Pickups are a set of Gibson 490R / 498T, very common for the 1998 production, featuring a warm tone on neck position, and a bright and punchy tone on bridge position.
