Delivery Time
All our orders are shipped from our stores located in Milano and Gallarate, north Italy. With Fedex International and DHL Express delivery times usually are 2 - 3 days for shipments within Europe and 3 - 5 days for the shipments outside Europe.
Taxes & Custom Duties
Taxation rules for international orders are not simple, but we tried to make it simple for you! Anyway our customer service is always available to answer your questions. Until you won't login with an outside EU Shipping Address all the prices will be displayed including VAT.
Shipments within EU
Shipments within EU territories are not subject to additional Custom Duties.
If you have an European VAT-ID you are eligible to not pay italian VAT. (Intra-EU supply of goods, article 138 EU VAT directive). If you desire to proceed with a Intra-EU supply please contact our customer service for instructions.
We do not lower declared values. Customers should consult Customs in their own country about these additional charges prior to purchasing.
Shipments outside EU
If you create an account / login into your account with a Shipping Address outside EU all prices will be listed without VAT, because you will not pay italian VAT.
International shipments are generally subject to VAT and/or Customs Duties on arrival. So you won't pay italian VAT but you will be charged with your local VAT and Custom Duties

Shipments to UK
Brexit Agreements don't imply any Custom Duties, just UK VAT. So you won't pay italian VAT but you will be charged with UK VAT.

Damaged Goods
If an item arrives with any issue or amount of damage not disclosed prior to purchase, please hold the item, be sure to retain all packing materials and contact us immediately.
Please allow us the opportunity to help prior to lodging a claim with your credit card company or PayPal. We will arrange for the item to be picked up and inspected immediately.
Please do not send the item back yourself unless instructed by Gino Guitars, this will greatly complicate the process. We will work with you to replace the item or refund you in full if the item is not replaceable.
